Whether it’s a professional brand or that of a product or service, the value of a brand is in the promise that it makes. For the business, this means that it’s important to have brand management services that will deliver on the expectations of the customer, resulting in qualified leads, and customer acquisitions.

I have read your article with interest as I am one of at least 30 individuals who have worked with a home remodeler located in Texas who takes money and does not complete the work. We have tons of legal documentation, do not expect to get and $$ returned and yet many of us feel compelled to let others know who this person is and what they have done. We are considering opening a website under his name and posting all the legal documentation that we have on him. Would this be something that we would legally be in trouble for doing?
thank you for your time
